Project Manager – Engineering

Location: Dublin

Salary: €80-85,000

Role Description

An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of complex engineering projects within a high-precision product development environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects are executed on time, within scope, and to quality and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define, create, and maintain detailed project plans and work packages, including scope, milestones, and deliverables.

• Lead project reviews and present progress updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the project life cycle.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external supply chain teams to ensure schedules and budgets are maintained.

• Deliver against agreed project milestones and revenue targets.

• Ensure all project documentation complies with company and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in an Engineering discipline, with at least 5 years of proven project management experience.

• Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary, multi-site projects from concept through to completion.

• Technical experience in hardware product development — ideally within the space, aerospace, or medical devices sectors.

• Strong organisational and planning skills, with a focus on key priorities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.

• Flexible and adaptable to change in dynamic project environments.
